From February 1, 2025, Vores Elnet will initiate competitive tendering for 60 kV construction work via a supplier list. Thus, 60 kV construction work will be subject to ongoing competitive tendering among Contractors listed on the supplier list. Vores Elnet expects to conduct each 60 kV construction tender among 2-5 Contractors on the supplier list. If your company is interested in being listed on the supplier list, you must submit at least 5 references regarding the installation of electrical cables.

• The references must be completed within the last 5 years
• Vores Elnet prefers references related to 60 kV construction work but requires at least 10 kV
  • If only references for 10 kV construction work are available, a description of how your company plans to handle 60 kV construction work must be submitted along with the references. This should include a detailed description of the machinery intended for the task.

In the description of each reference, please ensure that the following details are included for each:

• Recipient of the work (including contact information)
• A detailed description of the work performed, including the value of the reference
• Execution period (start and end dates of execution, with specific dates)

The references will be used to select which Contractors will be invited to bid on individual 60 kV construction projects. Vores Elnet will place importance on whether the submitted references are similar to the upcoming task. For this purpose, you may find it beneficial to submit references that demonstrate diversity in excavation work, such as the handling of 60 kV cables, controlled drilling, drain repairs, gravel placement around cables, re-establishment, etc.

In addition to considering references in the selection process, Vores Elnet will also prioritize creating the most optimal competitive situation for the task.
