Welcome to this commercial dialogue about Datacenter Hosting Services for the secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The UNFCCC would like to consolidate its strategic framework contracts for the hosting of business, productivity and collaborative applications and data. For this purpose UNFCCC is seeking to establish a framework contract with a qualified supplier who can provide high quality datacenter hosting services.
The service portfolio that the supplier shall provide comprises:

Infrastructure, Platform and Application hosting, including but not limited to:
- Bespoke business applications
- Microsoft platform based application and collaboration tools including eMail and communication services

Service Desk Services:
- 2nd level support for infrastructure and platforms
- 1st level support for applications
- System integration services
